Ascot Capital was established by Stephen Brogan and Steve Pratt in 2019 following the acquisition of their first business together. 

 

Both successful business owners in their own regard, an opportunity arose in early 2019 from a company that needed help to drive forward the business and executive support to restructure and optimise business funding.

 

Steve and Stephen worked hard towards their common goals. From this, the pair were introduced to further SMEs requiring help, so the business was born.

 

As Ascot Capital continues to grow, our team grows with it, bringing in specific expertise in complementary areas. Each member has a defined role, substantial senior business experience and a clear understanding of the challenges facing SMEs in these turbulent times. Creating synergy through an expanding team allows the organisation to pursue multiple acquisitions whilst maintaining our core principle of personal engagement.
